The SMP is so versatile. To me, it lies perfectly balanced between the two worlds of flow as a meditative art form and flow as an intense cardio workout.

There’s enough heft as well as a firm whip to get the blood coarsing at a high rate if you want to flow fast. It’s also a great tool to keep joint mobility fluid like a well greased machine if you want to move at a slower and more focused pace. I gravitate toward keeping it closer to the body in a low, athletic, martial stance to feel that push and pull of the rope. In this way it guides me to engage the spine and legs while simultaneously working the shoulders, arms, wrists, and the grip of the hands. It’s a true full body and mind exercise.

This is my third rope purchase from Slushropes and again I am satisfied.

This rope is just beautiful, and more importantly, FUN! The weight and flexibility make it a real joy to play with. Got my box and the ropes are all nice. The only problem I had is my height. I got short ropes so my children have them now😂😂 But of course I will order again😂😂 fingers crossed I get longer ones.

I like the 3 knot grip, length and feel. This rope cuts the air, is light enough for skill work but offers good feedback. Very durable and good for outdoors use.

Great for building strong grip and shoulders while getting a good decompression. I like that I can adjust the length with different knots and even use it indoors.

Yes, you can teach old dogs new tricks, and I'm living proof. At 80 I've taken up Rope Flow to combat a spine problem. I love this rope because it seems like an extension of my arms, a part of me. I enjoy using it indoors and out. It is fun, freeing and extremely good for my spine.

This rope looks big but feels very light and floats well. Great for tricks and it looks amazing with blacklights. The grips feels smooth and once You break in the rope, it gets even softer and easier to ise. I recommend this rope for a unique flow experience
