I'm really enjoying the rope so far. It was a nice weight to it. I used to struggle doing a lot of the tricks with a lighter flow rope, but this one seems perfect. I'm able to quickly grasp all the moves due to nice feedback.

Yes, you can teach old dogs new tricks, and I'm living proof. At 80 I've taken up Rope Flow to combat a spine problem. I love this rope because it seems like an extension of my arms, a part of me. I enjoy using it indoors and out. It is fun, freeing and extremely good for my spine.

Great for building strong grip and shoulders while getting a good decompression. I like that I can adjust the length with different knots and even use it indoors.

This rope is just beautiful, and more importantly, FUN! The weight and flexibility make it a real joy to play with. Who would have thought something so simple as a length of rope could be so much fun to experiment with? Rope flow is addictive in the most positive way! The rope arrived quickly and Slush Ropes are great!
