I’m just starting to do rope flow and wanted to have something just slightly heavier than a starter rope. This is a really great addition to my gear and has just enough weight to it that I get an excellent workout, with just enough drag to be able to practice as a newbie. The quality of the rope is excellent. My only wishes that it had the standard knots at the end. These handles are a little more advanced and getting used to them does take some time. Quality is great and I would easily buy the skin.

As someone who is just beginning to do rope flow, this was a great rope to start with. It has a really nice way to it and just enough whip and drag to start learning various techniques and patterns. The field is excellent and the quality of the rope is top notch. I highly recommend this for anyone either beginner to intermediate..

I’m a beginner and I got this rope to get a work out and help with some rotational work. This is a 2 lb rope and you can feel it, especially doing single hand work. It’s very soft and has a bit of a squishy feeling. The handles are nicely wrapped but as a beginner I would not have started with this rope. There is a lot of drag so be aware. Great quality and as I progress, this will be a nice addition.

Excellent quality rope with a soft feel. Adding weight and color to the flow routine was a great decision. I love slush ropes. We use Weck and Slush Ropes for our workouts.
I am not using the hook it came with due to the Velcro being extremely tough and catchy. It snags anything snag-able.

This is the Slush2d2. It is a nice "Heavy" flow rope. It swings awesome, has an awesome grip. Gives you some honest feedback. If you are wanting to get into heavy ropes, this is a great one to get.

Dam i love this rope , i didnt want to use it at first it looks that good.
