Excellent quality rope with a soft feel. Adding weight and color to the flow routine was a great decision. I love slush ropes. We use Weck and Slush Ropes for our workouts.
I am not using the hook it came with due to the Velcro being extremely tough and catchy. It snags anything snag-able.

This is the Slush2d2. It is a nice "Heavy" flow rope. It swings awesome, has an awesome grip. Gives you some honest feedback. If you are wanting to get into heavy ropes, this is a great one to get.

Slush roped enabled me to find my flow state. Was always so difficult to meditate but not I find myself in a flow state daily.

This is a great rope, it is a touch thicker than the others, it has some reflective strands that make it show off.

Love this rope for a couple of reasons, 1) it is thicker so it works your grip and 2) it gives you some feedback. Being thicker and a somewhat heavier it makes you use a little more muscle.
